All Pre-Orders are marked with a time frame on product page of when the garment will be ready for dispatch, this time frame dose not include transit time. Please read product details prior to placing order.
PRE ORDER EXCHANGE POLICY
Please choose carefully and read all product details and sizing advice before purchasing to ensure you have selected the right garment. Due to the delicate, handmade nature of our garments, We does not accept refund or exchange on all Pre Orders.
All Pre Orders are strictly Bank transfer. We do not accept over the phone payments or through Pay Pal.
HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER [ PRE ORDER ONLY]
To purchase a Pre Order garment on the GALANNI website , Simply select style and size and click on ‘ Add to Cart’.
Once all personal and shipping information is completed, it is very important to read all terms and conditions prior to proceeding,
by proceeding you have agreed to the terms and conditions of the GALANNI Website.
Once you have agreed with the Terms and Conditions, Click ‘Place Order’
Instructions are provided when placing the order.
Make your payment directly into our bank account. Our Account details are provided when placing the order.
Please use your Order ID as the payment reference
The Full Total of your order including Shipping must be transferred, all transfers must be in AUD Currency. (We do not accept installment payments or split payments )
When payment has been deposited please email us your deposit receipt number, total and date. If we do not receive an email confirmation payment, or do not receive funds within 1-2 Days of time of placing the order, your order will be cancelled and wont be able to re purchase the item. Your order won’t be processed until the funds have cleared in our account. Once your payment has been successfully deposited an email confirmation will be sent to you with an estimated dispatch date.
When your order is ready, and cleared for dispatch to nominated shipping address, conformation email of dispatch which will include your tracking number will be sent via email.
All Orders can NOT under any circumstances be collected in store, items purchased Online MUST be dispatched via Australia Post to nominated Address.
All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers.
