All orders are dispatched via Australian Signature Express Post within Australia to your nominated address. Please allow up to 1-2 business days for your funds to be processed prior to dispatch.
Orders received on Australian Public holidays will not be processed until the following business day, if your order is placed over the weekend or after business trading hours, it will be processed on the following business day. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.
You must have correct and completed addresses, including a company where applicable, and at the least one contact telephone number.
To Guarantee delivery, we recommend your parcel be sent to an address where there will be someone to receive it between 9.00am – 5.00pm. Your order will require a signature upon delivery by Australia Post. If no one is at the specified address when delivery is attempted, Australia Post will leave a card directing you to local Post Office for collection. Please ensure prompt pick up to avoid the goods being sent back.
Please note: Whilst we make every effort to ship your order within the timeframes supplied, unforeseen delays in shipping during peak trade times may occasionally occur. Peak trade times may include special promotions, end of season sale, and holiday periods. Please allow up to 5 -7 business days for your order to be processed.

TRACK MY ORDER
Once received, all orders are dispatched between 10:00am and 1:00pm AEST Monday through Friday (excluding Public Holidays). Orders received after 5:00pm AEST or outside of AEST business hours will be processed the following business day. Once your order has been dispatched from our distribution centre an email will be sent with your parcel tracking number and a link with which you can click to check the status of your delivery.
All Australia Express Parcels require a signature upon receipt of delivery. If delivery of a parcel cannot be made, the driver will leave a delivery card at the nominated delivery address and will be redirected to the nearest Australia post office for your collection.
To collect the parcel the delivery card must be presented with a form of photo ID, and parcels must be collected within 10 business days from the date it is received by the local post office. If an undelivered parcel is not collected within 10 business days, it will be returned to us and you will be
