INTERNATIONAL FLAT RATE | $85.00 AUD per item
All orders are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and thus processed in AUD. Please allow up to 1-2 business days for your funds to be processed via PayPal and 4-6 business days for bank Transfers.
Orders received on an Australian National Public Holiday will be processed until the following business date. If your order is placed over the weekend or after business hours, it will be processed on the following business day.
International orders have an approximate delivery time frame of 4 -12 business days, depending upon your location. GALANNI ® delivers all International Australian Post or its nominated carriers (UPS, Fedex, DHL). Your order will be require a signature upon delivery. All international shipping charges are non-refundable.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a confirmation of your order. Deliveries require a signature on upon acceptance of your order. If there is no one at the delivery address a calling card will be left and the order will be returned to the depot. This card will have information for you to arrange an alternative delivery time.
International deliveries cannot be delivered to Post Office boxes, except for the UAE, Saudi Arabia and FIJI
When orders shipped internationally reach your destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. GALANNI® will not accept any responsibility for delays caused by customs clearance or any other associated processes.
CUSTOMS & TAXES
GALANNI ® cannot be held responsible for any possible duties and taxes, which may be applied by customs in the country where delivery is made. The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed, will rest solely with the customer. Please contact your local customs office if you would like to seek more information regarding taxes and duties. To comply with Australian Export Regulations, we are requires to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable ‘Merchandise’
GALANNI ® will not mark any international orders as ‘Gift’ or ‘Sample’, Due to law Prohibitions.
During Sale and Peak periods, please allow 6-7 business days for your order to be processed before shipping. This may cause delay in your order being received.
International shipments are subject to controls by local customs authorities, which may affect the estimated delivery times and are unfortunately beyond our control. If it is deemed necessary you may be contacted by the courier and/or customs official to provide information and authorisation to import your order. This may include authorisation to act on your behalf and if not provided, you may become responsible for the import of the order. If shipping to a business please include the business name and full address in the ‘Shipping Information’ upon Checkout.
TRACK MY ORDER
Once received, all orders are dispatched between 10:00am and 4:00pm AEST Monday through Friday (excluding Public Holidays). Orders received after 4:00pm AEST or outside of AEST business hours will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been dispatched from our distribution center an email will be sent with your parcel tracking number and a link which you can click to check the status of your delivery.
All Courier Express / Ups parcels require a signature upon receipt of delivery. Delivery of an International order will be attempted three times with a delivery card left upon each attempt. If delivery of the parcel cannot be made, contact details provided at Checkout will be supplied to Ups and they will make contact in an attempt arrange re-delivery with you.
If a parcel remains undeliverable following a third attempt, the courier company must be contacted using the details provided on the delivery card to arrange re-delivery at your cost or collection from the closest depot. If the courier company is not contacted within 7 days of the item being returned to the depot, the item will be returned to us as undeliverable and you will be notified.
Redelivery is charged in addition to the original shipping fee and calculated based on reconfirmed delivery address, the number of purchased items and parcel weight.
