HOW CAN I CONTACT YOU?

PRE ORDERS

Selected styles from our Atelier Couture and Ready-To-Wear Collections are available for Pre-Order on our eBoutique. Pre-Orders are marked with a time frame of when the garment will be ready for dispatch; this time frame does not include transit time.

No refund or exchange on all Pre-Orders. Please choose carefully and read all product details and sizing advice before purchasing to ensure you have selected the right garment.

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DOES GALANNI ACCEPT?

GALANNI accepts Visa, Mastercard, Paypal and, Bank Transfer payments only.

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS ARE NOT ACCEPTED?

We do not accept Diners Club, Amex cards. GALANNI does not offer a lay-buy service, or AfterPay.

DOES GALANNI PROVIDE ALTERATIONS?

GALANNI is not able to provide an alterations service. Kindly note that should you need to have one of your GALANNI garments altered, we recommend finding a competent and well-recommended seamstress due to the technical construction of our garments.

DO YOU COVER DUTIES AND TAXES?

GALANNI does not cover any duties or sales taxes that might be applied when importing our goods into your country. We recommend contacting your local customs office to check the fees your order may be subject to.

CAN I GET SOMETHING CUSTOM-MADE?

Unfortunately at this stage GALANNI ® does not provide the service of Custom Made.

WHERE ARE THESE GARMENTS MADE?

All GALANNI ® garments are proudly hand made in Sydney, Australia.

WHAT ARE B SIZES?

GALANNI ®’s unique size range offers an additional size range called ‘B [Bust] Sizes, customised for the bustier woman while still maintaining the true garment size.

For example 6B [ Size 6 garment with a size 8 garment bust cups ] * B doses not refer to bra sizes. For more information please view Fitting Guide.
