ATELIER COUTURE | MADE-TO-ORDER

Made-To-Order is only available to selected styles from our Atelier Couture range.

Styles that are marked Made-To-Order are By Appointment Only and do require a minimum of four to six months of fit and construction with 3-4 fittings. You are welcome to book an initial consultation with our designers in Sydney. A consultation fee is payable when booking this appointment.

Selected styles from our Atelier Couture range are marked as Made-To-Order, these styles are only made when order is placed [ Made-To-Order Styles can not be purchased straight off the rack] Construction and fitting process takes approximately two to four months. Conditionals Apply.

Unfortunately at this stage GALANNI ® does not provide the service of Custom Made.

CAN I PURCHASE AN ITEM ONLINE AND REQUEST IT TO BE ALTERED?

All items sold on our Online Boutique are unable to have any type of alteration done. All items can only be sent in original style.

Under any circumstances we do not supply any off cuts of material to customers for alter or repair.

WHAT SIZE SHOULD I ORDER?

There is a universal size chart that shows all international and Australian sizing conversions.

Please Note – Measurements vary from garment to garment. This chart is to be used as a guide only

For best results please measure your bust, waist and hips and selected the size that measures up to your body measurements.

WHAT ARE B SIZES?

GALANNI ®’s unique size range offers an additional size range called ‘B [Bust] Sizes, customised for the bustier woman while still maintaining the true garment size.

For example 6B [ Size 6 garment with a size 8 garment bust cups ] * B doses not refer to bra sizes. For more information please view Fitting Guide.

WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE POLICY?

Please choose carefully and read all product details and sizing advice before purchasing to ensure you have selected the right garment. Due to the delicate, handmade nature of our garments, we do not accept returns/refunds.

For Australian Orders Only the Size of the garment can be exchanged if sizing is available to all Full Priced items (No exchange on International Orders or Sale Items)

PAYMENTS

Payments are only accepted via  Bank Transfers. Bank Transfer payment of garments will be processed at the time of ordering online. Payments details are protected during transmission using our online security system. We do not store or have access to credit card numbers. Payments are processed securely by an external provider. GALANNI ® may contact the customer and request further identification for orders is deemed suspicious or high Risk.

WHY ARE SOME STYLES ONLINE CAN ONLY BE PURCHASED VIA BANK TRANSFER ?

Selected styles on our Online Boutique can Only be purchased via Bank Transfer [ For example all Pre-Orders and Selected styles that require time frame for construction] These selected styles can not be purchased via Pay Pal or Motto Payment.

WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY CHARGES FOR AUSTRALIAN ORDERS?

All Australian orders are posted out by Australia Post Service using [Signature Express Post]

Depending on selected address Australian Postage charges vary due to garment weight or quantities of items purchased.

WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY CHARGES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?

All International Orders are posted out via Australia Post Service [Express Courier]

Depending on Country, postage charges vary due to Weight and quantities of items purchased

Note to all INTERNATIONAL orders, GALANNI ® cannot be held responsible for any possible duties and taxes, which may be applied by customs in the country where delivery is made. The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed, will rest solely with the customer.

HOW DO I KNOW IF AN ITEM IS IN STOCK?

If you can select your colour and size and able to add the item to Checkout, then your selected item is available. If the item does not feature the ‘ Add to Cart’ button and states in red ‘ Out of Stock’ then the selected style, colour or size you have selected is Sold Out and is not available to be purchased. Please note that until you finalize your purchase, another customer can purchase your item/s, as we do not reserve stock that is held in your shopping bag. Items marked as ‘Sold Out’ On our Online Boutique only refers to the reverse stock for Online and may be available at our flagship boutique,  please don’t hesitate to contact us, for stock availability.  Please contact us at enquiries@galanni.com.au

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS AN ORDER?

All orders are processed during business trading hours. If your order is placed over the weekend or after business trading hours or an Australian Public Holiday, it will be processed on the following business day. All Australian and International orders take up to 1-2 days to process payments via Pay Pal and 2-5 days for bank transfer payments. This time frame does not include transit time. For all Australian orders please allow in total up to 6-7 days to receive order and International orders up to 7-14 days, this information Excludes Pre Orders. GALANNI ® takes no responsibility if customer purchases an item for a required day, it is the customer’s responsibility to allow plenty of time to place the order and to receive it well before a required day. WHAT IS YOUR RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?

Due to the delicate handmade nature of our garment, GALANNI ® only offers to Australian Customers an exchange in the SIZE of the garment not the style. No refund or exchange on all International orders or Sale Items. More information?  Please refer to our Exchange Policy located on the footer of our website.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH MY ORDER?

If you received the wrong item, size, or something is missing from your order. Please email us straight away at sales@galanni.com.au and we will assist you as a matter of urgency.

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

Once your order is dispatched from our distribution centre, we will email you with a specific tracking number for your order. Please note during promotional and peak periods, allow up to 6-7 business days for your order to be processed before shipping. This may cause delay in your order being received. If you need to contact us for any reason relating to the whereabouts of your order please email sales@galanni.com.au with your Order ID Number ( #0000)

IMPORTANT NOTICE

We DO NOT refund initial shipping charges for goods returned (other than for faulty items) Items we exchange for you will be re sent back at your cost.

All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers.

GALANNI ® accepts no responsibility for items that are lost during return shipping so all care must be taken.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products appearing on the GALANNI® website. However, as computer monitors, smart phones, and ipads vary, we cannot guarantee you monitors or phone screens display of any colour will be completely accurate.

GALANNI ® takes NO responsibility if garment is damaged in the care of DRY CLEANERS. Please select your dry cleaner wisely, For more information please refer to our Exchange Policy page located on footer of our website.
