AUSTRALIAN EXCHANGE POLICY

Please choose carefully and read all product details and sizing advice before purchasing to ensure you have selected the right garment. Due to the delicate, handmade nature of our garments, we do not accept returns/refunds for change of mind. Only the size of the garment can be exchanged if sizing is available to all Full Priced  items. Please note all exchanged size items do require the same production time frame (as original order ) of up to 1- 4 weeks from approval date ( time frame varies depending on style ). No Exchange or Refund on Sale Items and Pre-Order / Made-To-Order garments.

GALANNI® will ONLY offer an exchange service to the size of the  garment minus postage and handling on all full priced items if we are notified for a request to exchange size within 24 hours of receiving your order. Item must be returned by mail postmarked within 1-2 day of receiving the item. We do not accepted items to be exchanged if item is postmarked past the 2 day deadline.

CONDITIONS OF EXCHANGE [ AUSTRALIAN ORDERS ONLY]

.If you wish to exchange size, please ensure you comply with the specific conditions set out in the Terms and Conditions.

You must first register for an exchange by emailing enquiries@galanni.com.au. Once you have emailed enquiries@galanni.com.au will receive your Return Authorisation number (RA#) and a return form by email. The return form must be completed and enclosed with the returned item. Return item must follow conditions below; if these conditions are not meet, we can not approve an exchange.

All GALANNI ® tags must remain on garment. Tags removed will be declined for an exchange.


Must be wrapped in the original packaging, GALANNI ® Box and all plastic/paper packaging.


The garment must not have been worn or altered.


Garment must NOT have been dry cleaned, spot cleaned, washed or dried.


Garment must be in sell-able condition. Any kind of odour or make up marks on garment will be declined.


All exchanges must be accompanied by the original invoice as proof of purchase


All exchanges must be accompanied by an return authorisation number (RA)

wrapped in the original packaging and returned to GALANNI.

Once your return is received by Customer Care, the Goods will undergo quality inspection to ensure determine whether the Goods meet with GALANNI’s returns conditions.  If the Goods do meet the preconditions for return you will receive an exchange. FAULTY GOODS

Due to the delicate nature of our garments, items which are damaged in the course of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty and will not be accepted for return.

Goods are only classified faulty if they have a manufacturing fault or un-repairable.

If a fault occurs while worn only a repair is available. No refund.

If an item is received faulty please contact us immediately within 24 hours of receiving the item. GALANNI® will ONLY exchange or repair the faulty item with the same SIZE and STYLE.

Once the item has been received it will undergo a quality review and once cleared and deemed faulty and you will receive your new item.

Please note GALANNI garments cannot be deemed faulty is washed incorrectly and no exchange/refund service will be provided. GALANNI® takes no responsibility if garment is damaged through incorrect method of washing. To ensure your garment is washed correctly please read washing instructions inside of garment.

All GALANNI® garments undertake a thorough washing test and undergo all method of cleaning to ensure the best method of each item.

GALANNI® takes no responsibility if garment is soaked, drip dried, left damped or washed with other items. We also take NO responsible for the condition the garment is stored in.

GALANNI® takes NO responsibility if garment is damaged in the care of DRY CLEANERS. Please select your dry cleaner wisely. We are not responsible and will not take liability if the selected dry cleaners have damaged the garment, neglected to read the washing instruction, used poor/incorrect chemicals on the garment or handled garment with no care.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

All Orders can NOT under any circumstances be collected in store, items purchased Online MUST be dispatched via Australia Post to nominated Address.

We DO NOT refund initial shipping charges for goods returned (other than for faulty items) Items we exchange for you will be re sent back at your cost.

All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers.

GALANNI ® accepts no responsibility for items that are lost during return shipping so all care must be taken.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products appearing on the GALANNI® website. However, as computer monitors, smart phones, and ipads vary, we cannot guarantee you monitors or phone screens display of any colour will be completely accurate.
