AUSTRALIAN EXCHANGE POLICY

Please choose carefully and read all product details and sizing advice before purchasing to ensure you have selected the right garment. Due to all garments being made-to-order and hand made, we do not accept returns/refunds for change of mind. Only the size of the garment can be exchanged if sizing is available to all Full Priced items. Please note all exchanged size items do require the same production time frame (as original order ) of up to 1- 4 weeks from approval date ( time frame varies depending on style ). No Exchange or Refund on Sale Items.

GALANNI will only offer an exchange service to the size of the garment minus postage and handling on all full priced items if we are notified via email for a request to exchange size within 24 hours of receiving your order.  Exchanged garment must be returned by mail postmarked the following business day of receiving the item. We do not accepted items to be exchanged if item is postmarked past this deadline.

GALANNI does not accept refund or exchange on sale items or any discounted garments, including sale products or products discounted through marketing and promotions.

CONDITIONS OF EXCHANGE
[AUSTRALIAN ORDERS ONLY]

If you wish to exchange size, please ensure you comply with the specific conditions set out in the Terms and Conditions below

You notify GALANNI for the request to a size exchange by email to enquiries@galanni.com.au within 24 hours of delivery of any products. Once request is confirmed by GALANNI you must exchanged garment must be returned by mail postmarked the following business day. We do not accepted items to be exchanged if item is postmarked past this deadline.

 Return item must follow conditions below; if these conditions are not meet, we can not approve a size exchange.

All GALANNI tags must remain on garment. Tags removed will be declined for an exchange.


Must be wrapped in the original packaging, GALANNI Box and protected with plastic/paper packaging.


The garment must not have been worn or altered.


Garment must NOT have been dry cleaned, spot cleaned, washed or dried.


Garment has not  have any damage or any signs of use. Any kind of odour or make up marks on garment will be declined.


All exchanges must be accompanied by the original invoice as proof of purchase

ABANDON / CANCELED ORDERS

Australian Orders | Please note as all items are Made-To-Order; if parcel is  abandon at Post office collection / or request to cancel your order once placed, whilst in production or transit, all shipping fees and admin charges related to this canceled/abandon order will be deducted from order total and a credit note will be issued only ( No refund ).

International Orders | Please note as all items are Made-To-Order; if you refuse to pay the duties and taxes invoiced at the destination, or Abandon order at customs for any reason resulting to the parcel being redirected back to us / or request to cancel your order whist in production, transit or and customs, all shipping fees  and admin charges related to this canceled order will be deducted from order total and a credit note will be issued. ( No refund ).

FAULTY GOODS

We make every effort to carefully curate our garments with care. Each garment undergoes meticulous quality inspect whilst in production and prior to dispatch. If a garment is received faulty please contact us immediately via email enquiries@galanni.com.au within 24 hours of receiving the garment.

If the garment you received if faulty, please ensure you comply with the specific conditions set out in the Terms and Conditions below

You notify GALANNI for the request to return garment by email to enquiries@galanni.com.au within 24 hours of delivery. Once we are notified via email we will request images and will provide you with further steps for garment to be returned to undergo examination. Once a return request is confirmed by GALANNI you must return garment by mail postmarked the following business day. Past postmarked deadline, the garments condition shall be deemed to have been accepted by you.

Once the item is returned and undergoes inspection and if deemed faulty, GALANNI will only offer an exchange or repair the faulty item with the same SIZE and STYLE.

Due to the delicate nature of our garments, items which are damaged in the course of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty and will not be accepted for return.

Goods are only classified faulty if they have a major manufacturing fault or un-repairable.

Once the item has been received it will undergo a quality review and once cleared and deemed faulty and you will receive your new item.

Please note GALANNI garments cannot be deemed faulty if worn incorrectly or washed incorrectly and no exchange/refund service will be provided. GALANNI takes no responsibility if garment is damaged through incorrect method of washing . To ensure your garment is washed correctly please read washing instructions inside of garment.

GALANNI takes no responsibility if garment washed with other items. We also take NO responsible for the condition the garment is stored in.

GALANNI takes no responsibility if garment is damaged in the care of dry cleaners. Please select your dry cleaner wisely. We are not responsible and will not take liability if the selected dry cleaners have damaged the garment, neglected to read the washing instruction, used poor/incorrect chemicals on the garment or handled garment with no care.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

We do not refund initial shipping charges for goods returned (other than for faulty items) Items we exchange for you will be re sent back at your cost.

All items are undergo meticulous quality inspection whilst in production and prior to dispatch.

GALANNI  accepts no responsibility for items that are lost during return shipping so all care must be taken.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products appearing on the GALANNI website. However, as computer monitors, smart phones, and ipads vary, we cannot guarantee your monitors or phone screens display of any colour will be completely accurate.
