AUSTRALIAN EXCHANGE POLICY
Please choose carefully and read all product details and sizing advice before purchasing to ensure you have selected the right garment. Due to the delicate, handmade nature of our garments, we do not accept returns/refunds for change of mind. Only the size of the garment can be exchanged if sizing is available to all Full Priced – Ready-To-Wear items. No Exchange or Refund on Sale Items and Atelier Couture garments.
GALANNI® will ONLY offer an exchange service to the size of the Ready-To-Wear garment minus postage and handling on all full priced items if we are notified for a request to exchange within 24 hours of receiving your order. Item must be returned by mail postmarked within 1-2 day of receiving the item. We do not accepted items to be exchanged if item is postmarked past the 2 day deadline

GALANNI® does not accept refund or exchange on all Atelier Couture garments and Pre Order items.
GALANNI® does not accept refund or exchange on sale items or any discounted garments, including sale products or products discounted through marketing and promotions.
CONDITIONS OF EXCHANGE [ AUSTRALIAN ORDERS ONLY]
All GALANNI ® tags must remain on garment. Tags removed will be declined for an exchange.
The garment must not have been worn or altered.
Garment must NOT have been dry cleaned, spot cleaned, washed or dried.
Garment must be in sell-able condition. Any kind of odour or make up marks on garment will be declined.
GALANNI® garment Box must be returned with exchange garment.
All exchanges must be accompanied by the original invoice as proof of purchase
All exchanges must be accompanied by an return authorisation number (RA)
If you wish to return an item, please contact us at email@example.com to request a Return Authorisation (RA) Form. Please title email #0000 < Your order Number) Return Authorisation. Example #1508 Return Authorisation
Once received, please fill out all details and securely repackage your item in the same condition as received. GALANNI ® reserve the right to refuse exchanged item if the item is damaged due to poor return packaging. Garment must be placed back in original packaging in the GALANNI® box with care, wrapped in clear plastic, if garment is not wrapped in clear plastic GALANNI® will not be responsible if the garment is stained/marked during transit and exchange will be declined.
We strongly advice items to be returned using Australian Signature Express Post, as you are responsible for the product until it reaches us. GALANNI® does not accept responsibility for packages we do not ship ourselves, or return items that get lost in transit, So all care must be taken. All return shipping cost are to be paid by the customers unless the item was delivered faulty.
Once exchanged item is posted, an email must be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org with order number and Confirmation of dispatched including the tracking Number
Please note, purchase made through the Online Store cannot be returned in person to the GALANNI® Retail store.

Once item has been received it will undergo a quality inspection and once cleared, you will be notified. All exchanged items can only be sent out to the original address when order was first placed. This exchange policy only applies to products purchased Full Retail Price at the GALANNI® e-Boutique and not applicable to our stockist/retailers and Sale items
Due to the delicate nature of our garments, items which are damaged in the course of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty and will not be accepted for return.
Goods are only classified faulty if they have a manufacturing fault or unrepairable.
If a fault occurs while worn only a repair is available. No refund.
If an item is received faulty please contact us immediately within 24 hours of receiving the item. GALANNI® will ONLY exchange or repair the faulty item with the same SIZE and STYLE.
Once the item has been received it will undergo a quality review and once cleared and deemed faulty and you will receive your new item.
Please note GALANNI garments cannot be deemed faulty is washed incorrectly and no exchange/refund service will be provided. GALANNI® takes no responsibility if garment is damaged through incorrect method of washing. To ensure your garment is washed correctly please read washing instructions inside of garment.
All GALANNI® garments undertake a thorough washing test and undergo all method of cleaning to ensure the best method of each item.
GALANNI® takes no responsibility if garment is soaked, drip
dried, left damped or washed with other items. We also take NO responsible for the condition the garment is stored in.
GALANNI® takes NO responsibility if garment is damaged in the care of DRY CLEANERS. Please select your dry cleaner wisely
We are not responsible and will not take liability if the selected dry cleaners have damaged the garment, neglected to read the washing instruction, used poor/incorrect chemicals on the garment or handled garment with no care.
All Orders can NOT under any circumstances be collected in store, items purchased Online MUST be dispatched via Australia Post to nominated Address.
We DO NOT refund initial shipping charges for goods returned (other than for faulty items) Items we exchange for you will be re sent back at your cost.
All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers.
GALANNI ® accepts no responsibility for items that are lost during return shipping so all care must be taken.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products appearing on the GALANNI® website. However, as computer monitors, smart phones, and ipads vary, we cannot guarantee you monitors or phone screens display of any colour will be completely accurate.
