AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING

All garments on our online store have a production timeline of up to 1- 4 weeks from order date, the garment is then dispatched via Australian Express Post. Please note, with an order of multiple items, the completion date will be based off the item with the longest production time frame. Production time frame varies on each garment, all style production time is displayed on each style on product page.

All orders are dispatched via Australian Signature Express Post within Australia to your nominated address.

Orders received on Australian Public holidays will not be processed until the following business day, if your order is placed over the weekend or after business trading hours, it will be processed on the following business day. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.

You must have correct and completed addresses, including a company where applicable, and at the least one contact telephone number.

To Guarantee delivery, we recommend your parcel be sent to an address where there will be someone to receive it between 9.00am – 4.00pm. Your order will require a signature upon delivery by Australia Post. If no one is at the specified address when delivery is attempted, Australia Post will leave a calling card directing you to local Post Office for collection. Please ensure prompt pick up to avoid the goods being sent back.

Please note: Whilst we make every effort to ship your order within the time frames supplied, unforeseen delays in shipping during peak trade times may occasionally occur. Peak trade times may include special promotions, end of season sale, and holiday periods. Please allow up to 5 -7 business days for your order to be processed.

Deliveries will not be made to Post Office Boxes (PO Box)

TRACK MY ORDER

Once received, all orders are dispatched between 10:00am and 5:00pm AEST Monday through Friday (excluding Public Holidays). Orders received after 5:00pm AEST or outside of AEST business hours will be processed the following business day. Once your order has been dispatched an email will be sent with your parcel tracking number and a link with which you can click to check the status of your delivery.
